The Niners have released veteran QB Damon Huard.  Huard played in 2 games this pre-season for the 49ers and he completed 9 of 13 passes (69.2%) for 123 yards with 1 TD and 0 interceptions (124.8 QB Rating).  This just proves that life like football….is not fair.  Huard is a better QB right now than Alex Smith is.  Actually though it was the play of rookie Nate Davis that sealed Huard’s fate in San Francisco.  Some team will pick up Huard so don’t feel too sorry for him.
