As a fan for 45 years, I’ve seen the bad, the good, the very good, the return of the bad and - now - the even worse. I’ve been concerned all along - since Nolan came in - about the “Billick-Ball” that I’ve seen creeping more and more into the Niner mentality. “Let’s keep it close and try to screw them out of a win at the end.” THAT’S NOT NINER FOOTBALL!

The offense sucks, essentially with the same guys we had last year. That’s an obvious coaching deficiency. So, Hostler has to go.. the sooner the better. The offensive line coach should be fired today and, if this is another embarrassing year, it’s time for
