The Niners expected a lot more from Vernon Davis & Eric Johnson.

    `What? In my opionion Vernon Davis could be a huge player in
    the future. Combo of A. smith and some you blood could be building a dynasty. I read that the 9er’s were going to buy one of the best defensive backs in the NFL. DC

    Vernon Davis’ future appears bright but he didn’t do much last season.
